Sunpro B ultrafine, a novel and fine granule alkaline protease used to improve digestibility of dietary protein.

Sunpro B ultrafine is a new generation of alkaline protease, the optimal pH is 9.0. Sunpro B ultrafine is specially developed with entirely new strain for animals by Wuhan Sunhy Biology Co., Ltd. through submerged fermentation technology. Sunpro B ultrafine can hydrolyze heavy molecular protein into small peptides and amino acids. They can preferentially break out peptide bonds with aromatic or hydrophobic amino acid residues at both ends. The hydrolysate products are small peptides and Amino acids.
